CALISTA Finance has a network of financiers. You can secure funds within 72 hours from application. Financiers offer interest rates between 0.8% to 1.5% monthly. To register, send us bank balances, invoices and incorporation documents. You can submit the application via https://calistafinance.com/financing/.
Upon approval, we will contact you by email with information such as loan amount, interest rate, length of loan and repayment information. After signing the loan agreement, we will disburse funds to you as soon as possible. There are no early repayment penalties.

We offer an enterprise gateway system which authorises the digital payment transactions amongst multiple banks, e-wallets and credit cards.
II. Customised Payment Services
You can use CALISTA Finance to pay your suppliers overseas. We can hold funds for you and facilitate quick payments. Funds can be remitted globally. Our network is able to serve more than 80 countries.

Companies can make top-ups to maintain funds for payment services to suppliers. To raise a top-up request, indicate the amount and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To raise a payment request, you will email to email@example.com. Requests should contain Payer Bank Details, Paying Currency, Recipient Currency, Amount to disburse, Recipient Bank Details and Description of payment. Once request has been submitted, we will quote how much is Paying Currency you should transfer to our bank account. Once your payment has been received in our bank account, we will process the transfer within 1 business working day.
Our fee is 0.5% of payment value (capped at US$20 per transaction).
To withdraw funds, you will send the withdrawal request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will facilitate the disbursement to your company’s bank account provided.

You can use CALISTA Finance to screen businesses. Our Know-Your-Business (KYB) product helps you to understand the business risks involved with working with a new counterpart. We screen the company and their directors and shareholders across the web and several regulatory databases.
A KYB request can be submitted via email to email@example.com.Documents required are company registration or license documentation in English and list of directors and shareholders (Name and country of residence). Info required are contact person name, contact number and email.
Screening results will be available within 48 hours and sent to you via email. Sample screening results can be either (a) Green which means All clear and no issues with the company screened, or (b)Red which means 1 or more hits found on company screened.

(E). Data Request
This data request tool was integrated in May 2021 to facilitate the sharing of information between GeTS departments, and helping departments develop better business insights.
1. What is the source of data?
The data products team currently has access to 2019 and 2020 TradeWeb (TW) import and export data. We are currently seeking more data, such as Permit Return Reports (PRR) and Calista Regulatory Filings (CRF) to enhance the type of insights that we can provide.
2. What kind of data can be requested?
For TW data, aggregated data can be tabulated using the following variables (not exhaustive):
- Importer UEN
- Exporter UEN
- Harmonized System (HS) Code
- Country of Origin
- Final Destination Country
- Loading Port Code
- Discharge Port Code
- Item CIF/FOB value
- Consignee Name
- Declaring Agent Name
You can also request for in-depth analysis (i.e. regression modelling, forecasting etc.) for enhanced insights.
3. What is the procedure of filling up the data request form?
For any data request, please fill up the details in www.calistafinance.com/datarequest Please add the name of the product head approving your request under “Approval from requesting product lead”, and elaborate the type of data required and its intended usage under “Type of data required and purpose ”. 4. Best practices
Keep the data filtering criteria as broad as possible to avoid sieving away too many records. For example, using 8-digit HS codes may yield a very small dataset. Do consider using 2-digit or 4-digit HS codes as long as they are sufficient for your needs.
Try to be specific in the information you require. For example, please provide an HS code for the product you require instead of a description, i.e. “Clothes, microscope, etc”.
